It turns out that we do eat quite a bit more homemade bread than we do store-bought bread. We are now on our third loaf, which I rescued from the freezer this weekend. It thawed beautifully.
So, I'm not thinking the four loaves will last a month...but 2-3 weeks isn't bad either. :)
