Turkey rollups

I have to share a new frugal recipe we tried last week. I used turkey; however, chicken will work just as well.

2 c. turkey
1.5 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 cans of crescent rolls
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk

Whisk soups and milk. Place half the mixture in a baking pan. Mix turkey and 1 c. cheese together. Unroll crescent rolls and stretch them out a bit. Place a heaping tablespoon of turkey and cheese and roll up. Place seam down in the baking pan. Pour the remaining soup mixture around the crescent rolls. Bake at 375 for about 20p-30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on mixture and bake for another 10 minutes.

I actually split the recipe and only made half for the two of us and used just cream of chicken soup. It's a cheesy, creamy casserole--perfect comfort food! I had landed cream of chicken soup on sale for .40/can a while back and crescent rolls were also on sale...so it was even more frugal than usual. :)
